Assessment of current supplies
Assessment of current supplies is made on the basis of actual in ZMZ ES 37.304.746 “Order for evaluation of suppliers”. Current evaluation is given to the supplier due to fact of request presentation to the address of ORP head, purchasing department, OAO “ZMZ”.
OAO "ZMZ" reserves right in process of production supplies to make repeatable assessment of supplier production sites with aim to assess enterprise progress. In case of non-conformity identification OAO “ZMZ” will initiate a process of problems decision (analogue 8D).
Improvement of delivery product quality
Given activity is regulated by «Guidelines for suppliers on planning and implementation of works on quality improvement of products delivered to OAO “ZMZ”.
