It’s necessary to perform following steps for the establishment of contractual relations with OAO "ZMZ":

1. A supplier sends a commercial offer with his requisites for name of head of division in purchasing department according to different direction of OAO "ZMZ" activities:

2. The supplier receives decision of possible cooperation to be carried out on the basis of correspondence questionnaire poll (Supplier's Questionnaire. Instruction to Supplier's Questionnaire ) and walk-in estimation of production floor spaces of the supplier for conformance with the REQUIREMENTS of OAO " ZMZ" concerning process organization and quality assurance system. (Hereinafter - with reference to purchases of technological materials, rough parts, products).

3. OAO "ZMZ" representatives on behalf of experts of purchasing department of OAO "ZMZ" and the Supplier discuss conditions of delivery and make the bilateral protocol of intentions for products delivery to OAO "ZMZ". The protocol of intentions is made for a term to be necessary for reception of prototype products but no more than 180 days (6 months). In case of the expiry of the indicated term and by results of work between a plant and a supplier over the indicated period, the purchasing commission of OAO "ZMZ" makes the decision on extending the duration of the protocol or on termination. If cost-based preplanning is necessary at the supplier the possibility to conclude a contract for Preplanning will be considered.

During the term of the Protocol of Intentions or the Contract for Preplanning:

• Technical-organizational project is made out at OAO "ZMZ";
• The Contract for test operation of specimen products with the Supplier is concluded if necessary;
• The time schedule of the APQP-project for Advanced product quality planning is made by the Supplier jointly with experts of supplier development division (SNBD) of ZMZ purchasing department at the discretion of the head of production support department;
• Preparation of supplies by the supplier-applicant (production process, packing, container, shipping are conducted according to requirements of OAO "ZMZ");
• Official registration of papers and the samples to be submitted to the consumer according to the table 2 of GOST R 51814.4 on a level of document submission agreed with OAO "ZMZ" is conducted;
• The decision to be taken and during production of a pilot batch at the supplier the acceptance of production process at OAO "ZMZ" will be carried out. The application for Approval of an automobile component production should be drawn up;
• Delivery of a pilot batch to OAO "ZMZ" should be made;
• Testing of a pilot batch at OAO "ZMZ" should be conducted

4. If testing of pilot batches passes successfully and the application for Approval of production of an automobile component is signed the bilateral contract for serial deliveries of production to OAO "ZMZ" will be concluded.
