OJSC«Zavolzhskiy motor plant» (is a branch of OJSC«SOLLERS») for 1st half year 2009 in frames of program «Lean production» realized efficiency due to decrease of costs more than on 60, 0 mln. RUR.

From them 13,0 mln RUR is a efficiency from decrease of costs on energy carriers and 8,0 mln RUR is a efficiency realized from decrease of claims quantity and costs for execution of guarantee repair of engines.

Understanding that output product must be not only liable and qualitative but also compatible in price, so ZMZ pays detail attention on minimizing of costs.

Main tool for realization of annually confirmed program “Lean production” is an activity in sphere of improvement for all productional and unproductional processes on the basis of using elements of Toyota Production System (TPS) and introducing organizational and technical events.

So for 1^st half year 2009 more than 300 organizational and technical events have been realized. Particularly, on such directions as power saving, transfer to alternative purchases under principal «price-quality», and optimization of technological processes, decrease of materials consumption and cost of parts manufacturing without prejudice to engine reliability and life and also costs for repair and maintenance of equipment.
