OJSC «Zavolzhskiy motor plant» (a branch of OJSC «SOLLERS») starts production of components for localization of Fiat Ducato

Preplanning on 16 denominations of automotive components for vehicles Fiat Ducato produced by company «SOLLERS -ELABUGA» in Tatarstan, have been done in subsidiary enterprise of OJSC “ZMZ” - «Zavod «Metalloform».

These are stamped parts the manufacturing of which will be done in one division of “Metalloform”- stamping shop.

Serial supplies of all coordinated range will start after receipt of test results to be made in “SOLLERS-ELABUGA”. According to approved timing in case of positive results all 16 denominations of automotive components will be supplied to Elabuga in industrial lots from July 2009.

For today, positive results have been received on 3 denominations of parts - gasket, bracket and mounting plate.

Currently for delivery for tests 9 positions of items are prepared.

In the whole taking into consideration availability of equipment, technologies and complexity of technological processes, «Metalloform» plans in 2009 to master 35 denominations of automotive components in production and to supply them for “SOLLERS-ELABUGA” with total annual volume of 15 million RUR.
