21^st May in annual share-holders meeting of OJSC “Zavolzhskiy Motor Plant” (a branch in holding OJSC«SOLLERS») company annual report and profits and losses report and annual accounting, and allocation of profit have been approved, auditor of the company for 2009 – auditing company CJSC «Gorislavzev and K.Audit» (Moscow). Meeting took decision not to pay dividends as on ordinary so on preferred shares according to results of 2008. Net profit of the enterprise will be directed on development of the business of OJSC “ZMZ”.

Shareholders meeting selected board of directors in quantity of 9 people. It consists of: Dmitriy Y. Bulaenko – director on logistics, OJSC «SOLLERS», Andrei V. Morozov – chief of legal department, Moscow representative office of «N-C-H Advisors, Inc.», Sergey V. Pavlenko – director on sales, OJSC «SOLLERS», Konstantin D. Rukhani – executive director of OJSC «ZMZ», Mikhail V. Sanin – director on legal matters, OJSC «SOLLERS», Nikolai A. Sobolev- finance director, OJSC «SOLLERS», Valeriy G.Tarakanov – director on marketing, OJSC«SOLLERS», Vadim A. Shvetzov –General director, OJSC «SOLLERS», Adil Sh. Shirinov –general director, OJSC "SOLLERS - ELABUGA".
