OAO "ZMZ" suggests making a contract for rendering of remedial action services of production of OAO "ZMZ" within the period of warranty.

The main provision of making contract is conformity of the service enterprise to quality requirements of technical service of OAO "ZMZ" (Wish List).

By results of consideration of the indicated documents the commission decision of opportunity and expediency of cooperation is made (term of decision-making is 10 days from the date of receipt of documents at OAO "ZMZ").

If it is the positive solution the request for provision of a set of the documents to be necessary for offer preparation of a contract will be directed to the chief of the service enterprise.

The offer of the contract is prepared and directed to the address of the service enterprise within 30-day's term from the moment of receipt of a set of documents at OAO "ZMZ".

OAO "ZMZ» addresses to the organizations which sell spare parts produced by OAO "ZMZ", including spare parts to be sold under the trademark "Double life" and organizations which run the service center.

OAO "ZMZ" addresses to the organizations which sell spare parts produced by OAO "ZMZ", including spare parts to be sold under the trademark "Double life" and organizations which run the service center.

OAO "ZMZ" suggests making a contract which should reimburse the expenses connected with allowance of consumer complaints concerning the quality of spare parts within the period of warranty.

By stipulations of the present contract the organizations should direct bill and invoice and a report which contains certificates of warranty repair, warranty service coupons for the purpose of reimbursements of expenses to OAO "ZMZ" monthly. Expenses are reimbursed in 30-day's term from the moment of receipt of the indicated documents. The broken spare parts are returned to OAO "ZMZ" only by a supplementary claim' supply in a month's time from the moment of receipt of the given claim to the selling organization. Return of the broken spare parts is carried out by the organization itself or with third party procedure. The bill of materials for line-side delivery is drawn for the returned broken spare parts by the form М15 and shipping release by the form 1Т if necessary. Delivery service is paid according to the certificate to be signed by the parties.

1. The letter-application in name of deputy administer of Department of Quality management. The letter should contain the following information.

- The name of the organization of commodity distribution network, its requisites, the contact information;

- Amount of repair posts at service center;

- Average monthly volumes of selling of spare parts of OAO "ZMZ";

- Average monthly volumes of selling of spare parts of OAO "ZMZ" with insertion of them at service center;

- Average monthly amount of consumer complaints.

 

2. Copy of the certificate of registration in a rating authority;

3. Copy of certificate about national registration of legal entity (individual entrepreneur);

4. The document confirming the authorities of a chief (Order of commission, decision of a council of founders);

5. Photographs of production floor spaces.
